Job Details

Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance position will be responsible for the following:
Maintain, audit and evaluate programs to include Management Internal Control Toolkit (MICT), Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO), Self-Assessment Program, Equipment Evaluation, Electrostatic Discharge Control (ESD), Corrosion Prevention and Control Program.
Monitor and report on MICT, AFCQCCs, IGEMS, Trend Analysis, excel, executive summaries.
perform pre and post evaluation duties to facilitate documentation of evaluations for equipment, personnel, and programs.
Identify deficiencies, perform root cause analysis, develop short and long-term solutions, and analyze trends to determine if systemic deficiencies exist.
Generate, provide, and enable ad hoc and automated performance reports and analysis of the programs.
Provide analysis and recommendations based on evaluation of efficiency and performance
Provide support of programs and analysis functions; assist in the development of procedures and checklists for team members evaluation of programs, personnel, and equipment.
Aid with technical and management guidance so staff functions and work centers can detect and correct problems in the early stages.
Participate in the Squadron's Stan/Eval Board (SEB), Staff Training Visit (STV), or other inspections.
Semi-annually, prepare data for the Standardization Evaluation Board (SEB) to include all evaluations for all weapon system positions in a specified period; provide downgrade, commendable, and syllabus information; and report evaluation trends, waivers, and extensions.
Update all applicable database fields, functions, and documentation as new functions and materials are assigned or created to ensure Stan/Eval requirements are met IAW applicable regulations.
Provide periodic reports and metrics on the status QA work during given periods.
Coordinate with operational POCs/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when evaluations are to be conducted.
Provide OJT to other contractor employees, military, and/or civilian personnel, and ensure continuity folders/working aids are updated at least once per quarter to ensure efficient transition when personnel rotate.
Complete special projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
3 years of progressive responsibility working with Quality Assurance assessments and evaluations.
Prior experience in Air Force quality assurance environments is preferred.
Experience managing QA systems like Management Internal Control Toolkit (MICT) and Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO).
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to articulate the intent of meeting compliance requirements to team members and sr managers.
Experience problem solving, multitasking, time management, and can work within a collaborative environment to accomplish requirements.
Experience building schedules and conducting evaluations for organizations and reporting results to various stakeholders.
Experience and Education:
Education: HS/GED diploma or higher
3 years of progressive responsibility working with Quality Assurance assessments and evaluations.
Must be eligible for or have and maintain an active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
Maintain the following certifications: Security + CE

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
