Senior Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in software engineering and IT to join our growing product and technology team. This individual will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring their POS software continues to meet the evolving demands of the customers. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of crafting clear, actionable documentation and driving data-informed decisions. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a software engineering or IT-focused environment.
• Proven experience in the POS industry or working with retail/hospitality technology solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large data sets and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI platforms).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
