Role : NOC Manager
Location : Auburn Hills, Michigan (onsite 5 days)
Contract Job
JD:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience
- Should be based in Michigan and available for on-call support later
- Excellent communication skills (the candidate will need to interact with C-suite executives and functional heads of different departments)
- Experience in setting up and managing a NOC team
- Proficient with JIRA and Agile processes
Technical areas needed for NOC support:
- Compute: EC2, Lambda
- Storage: RDS, MongoDB
- Monitoring: Cloudwatch, Log Insights, Alarms, SNS, Eventbridge
- Security: IAM, Access Analyzer, Cloudtrail, Security Hub, Config
- AWS IoT Core
