Location: Onsite Only Memphis, TN (Local Candidates Only)
Contract: 12+ Months
Rate: $50 55/hr.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Seeking a data-driven professional responsible for analyzing and visualizing data to deliver clear, actionable performance insights. The role supports strategic decision-making and optimization initiatives by identifying trends and crafting compelling data narratives.

Key responsibilities include:

Working with 1st and 3rd party data (e.g., website, SEO/SEM, creative, and email)
Partnering with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions
Fostering a culture of data-driven thinking

Required Experience:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including dashboards or A/B testing
Proficiency with Adobe Target or a similar tool is preferred
Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools (optional but beneficial)
Strong grasp of digital channels and user behavior analytics
Proven ability to clearly explain discrepancies in digital data (e.g., Adobe Workspace vs. clickstream)
Experience automating reporting workflows for non-technical and executive audiences
