We are looking for Java full-Stack Developer for our client in Wallingford, CT
Job Title: Java full-Stack Developer
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java-based applications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
- Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases including DB2 and MongoDB.
- Work with front-end technologies such as Angular and JQuery.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit.
- Collaborate with global teams, participating in code reviews, design discussions, and daily stand-ups.
- Utilize version control tools like Git/Bitbucket for source code management.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
- 5+ years of experience in Core Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
- Proficiency in developing Microservices and Web Services.
- Working knowledge of DB2 and MongoDB.
- Front-end experience with Angular and JQuery.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
- Experience with Git and Bitbucket.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in an onshore-offshore model.
- Experience with Spring Batch.
- Familiarity with Docker containers.
- Experience working with AWS Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Drools (business rule management).
