Job Details

We are looking for Java full-Stack Developer for our client in Wallingford, CT
Job Title: Java full-Stack Developer
Job Location: Wallingford, CT
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java-based applications.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases including DB2 and MongoDB.
  • Work with front-end technologies such as Angular and JQuery.
  • Write unit and integration tests using JUnit.
  • Collaborate with global teams, participating in code reviews, design discussions, and daily stand-ups.
  • Utilize version control tools like Git/Bitbucket for source code management.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.
Required Skills And Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Core Java development.
  • Strong experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.
  • Proficiency in developing Microservices and Web Services.
  • Working knowledge of DB2 and MongoDB.
  • Front-end experience with Angular and JQuery.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).
  • Experience with Git and Bitbucket.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an onshore-offshore model.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Spring Batch.
  • Familiarity with Docker containers.
  • Experience working with AWS Cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Drools (business rule management).
