Key Responsibilities:

Digital Customer Experience, Financial Services
Experience: 12+ years in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a solution/enterprise architecture role

Solution Architecture & Design


  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end MarTech solutions including campaign management, personalization, CDPs, CRM integrations, and omnichannel orchestration.
    Architect solutions using platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, Braze, and Segment.
    Define data flows and integration strategies across MarTech, CRM, ERP, commerce, and analytics platforms.
    Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), consent management, and data governance best practices.
    Drive solution design workshops and blueprinting sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
    Leadership & Governance
    Provide architectural oversight across programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and MarTech best practices.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CRM, data, analytics, and DevOps to ensure cohesive digital architecture.
    Mentor solution architects and MarTech specialists across engagements.
    Facilitate architecture review boards and act as a thought leader in client interactions.
    Technology Strategy & Innovation
    Evaluate and recommend MarTech platforms aligned with client business goals and digital maturity.
    Champion adoption of AI/ML-driven personalization, real-time journey orchestration, and dynamic content optimization.
    Lead POCs and MVPs to validate innovative marketing use cases and scale successful pilots.
    Shape the MarTech architecture roadmap in alignment with enterprise digital and data strategies.
    Program/Portfolio Engagement
    Partner with account and delivery leadership to define scalable MarTech architecture strategies.
    Support presales, RFP responses, client workshops, and delivery planning.
    Lead architecture activities across the program lifecycle, ensuring delivery assurance and alignment with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
    Define and manage architecture runway and evolution across marketing transformation programs.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in MarTech platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Eloqua, etc.).
    Strong understanding of customer data models, CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Adobe RT-CDP), and behavioral tracking.
    Experience with tag management, consent frameworks (OneTrust, TrustArc), and identity resolution.
    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Pub/Sub).
    Integration experience using REST, SOAP, Webhooks, and API Gateways.
    Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
    Architecture & Methodology
    Experience integrating MarTech with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), commerce, and backend systems.
    Knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery and architecture modeling tools (ArchiMate, UML).
    Proven track record delivering MarTech capabilities in multi-channel customer experience programs.
    Consulting & Leadership
    Strong client-facing skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and marketing leaders.
    Experience leading cross-functional architecture teams and fostering innovation.
    Skilled in solution estimation, proposal development, and presenting to CxO-level stakeholders.
    Good to Have
    Certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or CDPs ( Adobe RT-CDP).
    Knowledge of marketing compliance and data regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
    Experience in customer-centric industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consumer Products.
