Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Operational Readiness Risk Analyst to support a major enterprise initiative upgrading from AFS Level III to AFS Vision, with integration to platforms such as nCino. This role is critical in ensuring that all operational, IT, and support teams are fully prepared for go-live and post-implementation success. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in operational readiness planning, training validation, and change management, with a strong understanding of enterprise software implementations in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute operational readiness assessments across business and IT teams to identify gaps in training, process alignment, and support preparedness.
  • Validate that training programs are developed, delivered, and effective for all impacted user groups, including operations, IT, and customer-facing teams.
  • Collaborate with change management and training leads to ensure communication plans, job aids, and learning materials are aligned with go-live timelines.
  • Support the development and validation of cutover plans, runbooks, and hypercare support models.
  • Identify and track operational risks related to people, process, and technology readiness; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Facilitate mock cutovers, tabletop exercises, and go-live simulations to test readiness.
  • Ensure that support models (e.g., help desk, escalation paths, knowledge bases) are in place and tested.
  • Provide regular reporting and dashboards on readiness status, risk posture, and action plans to program leadership.
  • Identification of controls, associated risk, and mitigation design changes through risk assessment and control design activities

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in operational readiness, change management, or enterprise transformation roles.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software implementations, ideally in commercial lending or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of training lifecycle management, cutover planning, and support model design.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and business continuity planning.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AFS Level III, AFS Vision, or nCino platforms.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Bkgrd in risk management, compliance, or IT operations.
  • Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, ITIL Foundation, or COBIT are a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • This will be a hands on role working across Commercial Lending and IT teams, need someone willing to get their hands dirty.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
