Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to support consolidated financial reporting and forecasting systems to deliver accurate and timely financial planning, forecasting, & reporting. This position also derives business insights for assigned business segments by conducting financial and strategic analysis to help inform executive management decisions.

Responsibilities include:
* Driving financial planning and forecasting processes including management reviews
* Consolidating and reporting performance for business segments including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows
* Developing external financial presentations working closely with C-Suite and Investor Relations
* Creating insights into business performance through fact-based financial analysis
* Overseeing capital investment budgeting and approval processes
* Controlling corporate resource unit budgets and allocations
* Administer and maintain the Hyperion Planning environment
* Participate in strategic direction and management of Hyperion Planning system
* Manage source files and business driver models for accurate reporting
* Support FP&A process and system improvement projects
* Deliver high-impact financial analysis and recommendations
* Understand segment operations and business drivers
* Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans to provide insights
* Prepare quarterly financial reports for earnings releases and filings
* Analyze markets, products, and customer profitability
* Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking
* Collaborate on ad hoc and ongoing financial analysis
* Build cross-functional relationships for efficient data gathering

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 7+ years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or other quantitative roles
* 7+ years of experience working with or analyzing financial statements
* Excellent financial analytics and quantitative skills
* Strong understanding of financial statements (income, balance sheet, and cash flow)
* Ability to develop financial models that link business drivers to financial outcomes
* Critical thinker with resourcefulness in data gathering and self-directed problem-solving
* High-quality, detailed, accurate, and well-documented quantitative and qualitative analysis
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Hyperion reporting tools
* Strong collaboration skills and a desire to understand the business deeply
* Effective communication and presentation development skills
* Proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements and standardization
* Hyperion experience is a must have

Preferred Qualifications:
* Master of Business Administration (MBA)
* Experience with financial modeling using Excel
* Experience with Hyperion Planning application
* Familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI systems
* Highly detail-oriented
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
* Power BI and SharePoint experience is nice to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
