Job Details

This is Remote role and contract to hire, 3+ months contract to hire,

What You ll Be Doing

  • Design, build, and adjust data structures to support business and technical needs

  • Develop scalable solutions to address operational challenges and plan for implementation

  • Build and manage SQL databases, and ensure integration with existing applications

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights, patterns, and trends

  • Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or other visualization platforms

  • Manage data sources and maintain reporting infrastructure including access controls and metadata

  • Support business intelligence, data warehouse, and analytics initiatives

  • Participate in AI/ML model development and metadata workflows

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects and solutions

  • Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations

What We re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (3+ years minimum)

  • SQL expertise (3 5 years)

  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like R, Python, or JavaScript (2+ years)

  • Background in Power BI or other BI tools (3+ years)

  • Familiarity with AI/ML models and data training techniques (2+ years)

  • Knowledge of metadata management practices (2+ years)

  • Strong data interpretation and analytical capabilities

  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative setting
