Location: Open across the U.S. or Canada (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite depending on client needs); No C2C
Role overview
Hiring a Workato-focused PM/BSA who can own delivery coordination and business analysis for automation and integration programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable mapping business processes, documenting requirements, and partnering closely with architects and engineers to deliver measurable outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead Workato automation project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
- Run discovery sessions, map current/future-state processes, and translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate across business teams, IT owners, and Workato engineering resources to manage scope, dependencies, and timelines.
- Maintain risk/issue logs, RAID reviews, and release readiness checkpoints.
- Support UAT planning and triage with structured defect management and prioritization.
- Ensure documentation quality for integration flows, data mappings, and operational handoffs.
- Contribute to adoption, training, and change management for impacted business teams.
Must-have qualifications
- Experience managing or analyzing automation/integration initiatives (Workato preferred).
- Strong fundamentals in Agile delivery, user story writing, and requirements traceability.
- Working knowledge of APIs and system-to-system data flow concepts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice-to-have
- Hands-on Workato exposure (recipe reading or light configuration).
- Experience with enterprise apps like Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP.
- Certifications in PMP, CSPO, or similar.
