Lead redesign activities for digital transformation in sales and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Execute business process redesign activities aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate workshops to evaluate and document current vs. future state process workflows.
Recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and support automation.
Participate in quality assurance and testing of process development deliverables.
Support business launch readiness and assist with change management communication.
Ensure proper documentation of risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions.
Build a cohesive delivery roadmap for business process redesign activities.
Qualifications
Understanding of the Life Insurance and Retirement Industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting space or insurance organization.
10 years of business process redesign experience.
Experience in transformation roles with knowledge of digital trends.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership skills to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred.
