Skills | Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of professional experience
• Endur development experience with most recent versions
• Energy & Commodity Trading industry experience (Gas, Power, LNG, Oil & emission) ETRM
• Experience in developing ETRM customizations and extensions
• Experience in architecting applications into Azure platform, ideally including migrations/re-platforming of legacy

Nice to Have Skills:

• DataBricks experience
• SAP HANA, Salesforce and/or API Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or above

Job Description:

Client is looking for a Manager, ETRM/Endur Solution Architect to support the translation and construction of our clients' business problems into creative technology solutions during this exciting time of growth for the energy and commodities sector. You'll provide mentorship and direction to project teams, flexing your technical skills to develop solutions. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

Your Impact:

• Engage with Business and IT stakeholders and implement client's business requirements on ETRM products and/or bespoke systems
• Provide functional and technical leadership for ETRM software implementations centered on products, specifically Endur
• Lead requirements analysis, functional design, solution architecture, technical design, and implementation for ETRM products and their integrations with other related systems
• Perform technology assessments, project estimations, and planning
• Implement technology solutions with modern engineering practices, ideally using Cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD, automated unit testing and functional testing frameworks
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert of one or more ETRM products, drive people growth, and knowledge-management
• Provide leadership and technical direction to the project team of 10+ people
• Develop and maintain Endur.
• Work closely with product owners and experts to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Will be responsible for the implementation Endur into our client ecosystem

Requirements:

• Working experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher
• Extensive understanding and experience (10+ years) on ETRM engagements
• Experience in delivering programs using Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) is preferred
• Solid business understanding of trade lifecycle of different asset classes such as crude, refined products, natural gas, NGLs, power, etc.
• Good understanding of physical and financial instruments purchase, sale, buy-sell, logistics, blending, inventory, futures, swaps, options, etc.
• Experience with developing ETRM product customizations/extensions such as business rules, reports, contract templates, invoice templates, system processes, and understanding of product data model.
• Experience with integration of ETRM products with other enterprise systems such as e- confirm, ICE/CME Exchanges, SAP, Oracle, Shipping, Veson, etc.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Experience with CI/CD tools for build and release processes (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform for infrastructure as code, etc.)
• Experience in developing PaaS applications on Cloud using serverless components, messaging services, integration components, databases, etc.
• Experience with functional testing automation frameworks for ETRM products
• Advanced certifications on Cloud computing platforms
• Experience with ETRM Product upgrades
