An established and respected professional services organization in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join its IT PMO & Demand Department. This full-time, hybrid role offers the opportunity to lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives that support strategic business operations. Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of progressive IT project management experience, ideally in a large law firm setting, a comparable professional services organization, or a legal information services provider
Proven success managing large-scale technology initiatives from concept through delivery
Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Deep understanding of IT systems architecture, networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
Skilled in stakeholder communication and influence at the executive level (Director/CIO)
Expertise in project budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
Desired Skills & Experience
PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
Experience leading vendor relationships and third-party contract management
Familiarity with hybrid IT environments and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to clarity and impact
Understanding of data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
