Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in IT infrastructure and networking.
- Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies: Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security, networking protocols, and best practices.
- Experience with Azure VMs, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Managed Instances, and routing via Private Endpoints/Links to corporate firewalls.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure IT solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated project and team management capabilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure, Cisco, ITIL, PMP) are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall IT infrastructure and networking strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure (Azure), ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Manage enterprise systems, including servers, storage, and network environments.
Administer Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra, Microsoft 365, ADFS, Azure AD, GPO).
Design and manage secure network architectures (LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, cybersecurity).
Provide hands-on expertise in virtualization, cloud computing (Azure), and disaster recovery planning.
