Job Details
We have need for a Part Time Jira Solutions Consultant (10 hours per week). Higher Ed highly preferred
What's the Job?
- Integrate a finalized Project Request Form into Jira using advanced features available in Jira Premium.
- Design and implement an Application Catalog in Jira Service Management using data from existing spreadsheets.
- Restructure the Jira project and issue hierarchy to support better scalability and reporting across teams.
- Provide expert consultation on how to fully leverage new Jira Premium features post-upgrade.
- Document implemented solutions and create process guides or templates for reuse.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Jira Premium and Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Jira hierarchy, custom issue types, workflows, automation, and advanced configurations.
- Experience creating or integrating forms, including request forms, into Jira workflows.
- Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for catalogs or inventory systems within Jira.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
