Information Technology - Database Administrator Specialist

Genesis10 is seeking an Information Technology - Database Administrator Specialist for a 12 month contract to hire position with a mortgage loan company in their McLean, VA location. This is a full-time onsite position.

Responsibilities:

• Can design, develop, implement, and maintain cloud database systems to support business needs.

Requirements:

• Database creation and maintenance.
• Database testing.
• Problem resolution.
• Management of database integration activities.
• Expertise as database engineer/administrator in Aurora Postgres (7 yrs minimum hands-on experience needed).
• Database development experience.
• Automation Code development and deployment on AWS ecosystem (CFT/Lamda creation and maintenance, terraform).
• Minimum 3 yrs of development experience needed.
• Database backup and restore experience.
• Database Security configurations.
• Experience in any of the other RDBMS will be nice to have.
• Mongo Atlas.
• Document DB.
• Dynamo DB.
• DSQL.
