Role : Technical Product Manager
Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical and product features.
- Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of products.
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to deployment, monitoring key performance indicators.
- Train, mentor, and guide team members and foster teamwork
- Work with stakeholders to refine requirements and align technical feasibility.
- A good understanding of user interfaces, user experience, and design is a preference.
- Work with architects, software engineers, technical consultants, business and stakeholders to come up with Roadmaps.
Required Skills and Qualifications
experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, specifically covering:
Claims adjudication
RxClaim platform
Clinical formulary management
Medicare and Medicaid compliance under CMS/NCPDP standards
- - Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- - 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical domain.
- - Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.
- - Proficiency in data analysis, system architecture, and technical documentation.
- - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- - Experience working with developers, UX/UI designers, and business teams.
- - Knowledge of APIs, DevOps, and emerging technologies is a plus.
