Sr. Enterprise IT Project Manager

Envision is seeking Enterprise Project Managers for our long-term IT EPMO projects. Below is a brief outline of experience for this role

Role

Seeking many Enterprise IT Project Managers to manage various technology projects for the Project Management Office (PMO).

Qualifications

1. Five + years of experience leading large scale technology projects
2. Five + years of leading project teams with multiple project sponsors
3. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, information technology, or related field
4. Project management-related certifications (i.e., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.)
5. Excellent customer service and ability to convey project needs and risks to the business, technology, and executive stakeholders
6. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely, and concisely written documentation and presentations
7. Three years of vendor management experience
8. Procurement experience (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.)
9. Advanced proficiency with MS Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Project/PWA, Visio

Preferred Experience and Training

1. 5+ years of experience as a project manager leading complex technology projects across financial data software implementation, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
2. Specialized business experience desired for department-sponsored engagements. Examples include:
3. Election software, public utility technologies, public safety, agile software development, technology infrastructure and operations, security, etc.
4. Master’s degree in management, information technology, or related field
5. Other certifications and skills such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kaizen, and Organizational Change Management are a plus
6. Experience with conducting project governance over a multi-stakeholder environment
7. Different combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted
