Job Description:
Job Title: Systems Administrator (FileNet Focus)
Location: Remote (must be able to work EST hours)
Type: 6+ Month Contract
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator with strong expertise in FileNet to support enterprise content management modernization initiatives. This role will focus on FileNet migration, containerization, and infrastructure optimization, while ImageRight experience will be considered a plus.
You will play a key role in migrating subsidiaries to FileNet over the next several years, supporting enterprise-scale modernization projects, and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain FileNet environments, including configuration, security, and performance tuning
- Lead efforts in FileNet migration and containerization for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on modernization and integration projects
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues across FileNet and related platforms
- Support planning and execution of upgrades and migrations
- Maintain documentation and provide user training as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with FileNet administration and migration projects
- Strong background in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Systems administration experience in enterprise environments (Windows Server, SQL Server)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with ImageRight (Vertafore) administration
- Familiarity with REST API integrations and retiring SOAP services
- Knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation, infrastructure migrations, and load balancing (F5)
- Exposure to Dynatrace, firewall rules, elastic storage, and PRN configurations
- Ability to optimize SQL queries and work with database performance tools
