We are seeking to hire an Lead Drupal Developer to join our team working on a long term 5+ year project on a Federal Gov t program. This role is a hybrid of on-site and remote.

Being a US Cit is REQUIRED for passing the Security Clearance to work on this program.

This position pays a strong salary package with full benefits (including choice of healthcare plans, dental, vision, life insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 11 Paid Federal Holidays, and a matching 401k).

An option for working on an hourly rate is also available for those not needing a full benefits package.

Location:

This person needs to live close enough to San Antonio, TX to be able to go onsite, on occasion. Local to San Antonio, willing to relocate, or lives within driving distance (90 miles) to be able to go onsite on occasion.
Job Description:
Serve as the O&M and Enhancements Drupal Tech lead, providing guidance on the development team s work process, best practices, technical solution quality, deliverables, and overarching architecture.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with the following:
    • Drupal 8-10+ site building/development/O&M
    • Managing Agile projects with Drupal 8-10+ & decoupled Drupal
    • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process
    • PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript & jQuery/AJAX, Symfony, TWIG, REST, JSON, Docker, GitLab
  • 4+ years of experience managing web-based apps in production and leading the coordination of app defect or infrastructure issue resolution
  • 3+ years of experience managing O&M team with monthly product deployments
  • 2+ years of experience executing / managing tasks for lifecycle phases.
