Job Details

Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: NYC, NY OR NJ

Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Work with developers to ensure solutions meet business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, etc.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and design discussions with stakeholders.
  • Perform UAT planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements of ServiceNow modules.
  • Maintain documentation, configuration changes, and release notes.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and platform capabilities.
  • Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
