Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
    • Process Design and Implementation:
      Design, configure, and implement SAP P2P solutions, including working with modules like SAP MM (Materials Management) and potentially integrating with other modules like FICO, SD, and WM.
  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements and functional specifications.
  • Configuration and Customization:
    Configure SAP systems for P2P processes, including setting up workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation for various tasks.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting:
    Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality and identify/resolve issues.
  • Documentation and Training:
    Create and maintain documentation for P2P processes and configurations, and provide training for end-users.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    Work with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, IT, and potentially with external consultants or vendors.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to improve current P2P processes and systems, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and other technologies.
  • Adherence to Standards and Regulations:
    Ensure adherence to industry standards, procurement policies, and tax regulations.
Skills and Experience:
  • SAP MM P2P Expertise: Strong understanding of SAP MM (Materials Management) and its various modules related to P2P processes.
  • Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the P2P process, including requisition, sourcing, purchase order creation, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment processing.
  • Cross-Module Integration: Knowledge of how P2P processes integrate with other SAP modules like FICO, SD, and WM.
  • Configuration and Customization: Experience in configuring and customizing SAP systems for P2P processes.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Experience in conducting various types of testing and resolving issues in SAP MM P2P processes.
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Documentation and Training: Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and providing user training.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
