Role: IT Infrastructure Operations Lead

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Duration: 2 3 months contract with possible extension

• Candidates must be willing to relocate at their own expense (no travel expenses covered by the client).

• A valid visa with at least 6 months remaining is required.

• The first round of interviews will be conducted via video; The second round will be face-to-face at the client's office.

• For the client round, the interview will be in person, and the client will either reimburse or book flights for travel, regardless of the interview outcome.

We are looking to fill an IO Lead role for an Ecommerce client. This team member would be expected to oversee, guide, and represent our L2 support teams which consists of Windows, RHEL, Middleware, Telecom and Network Administrators. qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of technical experience.

• Develop innovative strategies to optimize IT infrastructure operations
• Implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance system performance
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure efficient operations
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues

Continuously improve processes and procedures to streamline operations
