Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Typically, 7 12 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong knowledge of Appian platform features, including SAIL, process modelling, and data management.
- Proficiency in integrating with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data modelling concepts.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Appian certifications (e.g., Appian Certified Associate Developer or Appian Certified Lead Developer) are preferred
