Business Development Manager

Houston, Texas (Hybrid)

We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and competitive Business Development Manager to join our Houston, TX team. We need a passionate sales professional eager to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the workplace dining industry.

You ll be part of a high-performing sales team focused on selling innovative food service programs to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across a variety of industries.

This is a true hunter role, responsible for identifying prospects, and building long last lasting relationships.

  • Direct Hire FTE Hybrid (onsite client visits)
  • $80-90K + commission

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generations to establish relationships and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities to create tailored solutions for hybrid work environments that improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and presentation to negotiation and closing with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Maintain a high level of activity and organization using our CRM and sales tools.
  • Demonstrate persistence and follow-up to build and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term account success.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of new business development experience, with 2 years in outside sales.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-makers at the mid-market or enterprise level.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented you do what it takes to win.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experienced in cold-calling, outbound prospecting, and sourcing new business.
  • Excited about technology-driven solutions that enhance workplace experience.
