Job Title: Java Architect
Location : Pleasanton, CA (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level solution designs for applications and systems.
- Lead and participate in reviews of design concepts and create technical design documentation.
- Develop initial estimates for solution alternatives and make solution recommendations to the business area.
- Initiate, identify, and coordinate the analysis of complex client needs in project areas such as new business operating models, innovative approaches to IT solutions support,
- market research of emerging or available product functionality, and operational readiness assessment.
- Participate in the leadership of cross-functional and/or cross-divisional task forces to identify and document functional requirements, workflow, information sources and distribution paths, and system specifications.
- Develop efficient, cost-effective solutions that support client business processes and functional requirements.
Required Skills:
- Distributed application development (Java/APIs, Springboot, Microservices Tech Stack).
- Enterprise/application architect experience.
- Experience with software development methodologies (RUP, Agile, Waterfall).
- Web service design, development, and delivery experience.
- Framework and reusable component development.
- Good to have Azure experience.
Required Education : At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
Necessary Skills: Java, API, Springboot, Microservices, Azure
