Job Description:

The Internal Finance Team focuses on leveraging financial leadership and analytics to drive value in Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Experience. This role will help oversee the Transportation budget and provide insights to support business decisions.

  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and analytics for Transportation across Surgery, Orthopedics, and CSS

  • Partner closely with Commercial and Supply Chain Finance to account for known business drivers and understand performance against those drivers

  • Drive robust financial forecasting, analytics, and data-driven decision-making

  • Support management with budget oversight and performance analysis

  • Prepare financial reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills

  • Experience working in distribution, logistics, or supply chain finance preferred
