Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist with 5 8 years of
experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our
client base, developing marketing strategies, and driving revenue growth through effective client
engagement and branding efforts in the competitive US IT recruitment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales / Business Development:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS partners)
to understand their IT staffing needs.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and
attending industry events/webinars.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements.
Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly meet/exceed sales targets.
Marketing:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage online presence, including SEO, email
campaigns, and LinkedIn promotions.
Create and share industry-relevant content (case studies, newsletters, blog posts) to
enhance brand credibility.
Analyze marketing and lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with sourcing
strategies.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to leadership.
Keep CRM and sales tools updated with accurate client information and activity.

Qualifications:
5 8 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment sales and marketing.

Deep understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099), tax terms, and recruitment
lifecycle.
Strong network of US clients and proven success in lead generation and client acquisition.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,
etc.

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with MSP/VMS programs.
Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment marketing automation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced
environment.

Compensation:
