Overview:
We are seeking a Product Coach with strong expertise in the OKR framework to guide our product teams in aligning strategy with execution, improving product outcomes, and driving a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product management practices, agile methodologies, and organizational coaching, with a proven track record in OKR implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and mentor product managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams in product thinking, outcome-based planning, and customer-centric delivery.
Facilitate the adoption and effective implementation of the OKR framework across teams and departments.
Align team-level OKRs with company-wide strategic goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous tracking.
Guide teams through quarterly OKR planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive accountability and learning.
Work closely with leadership to create a culture of experimentation, agility, and continuous improvement.
Provide hands-on support in refining product roadmaps, prioritization, and metrics-driven development.
Identify gaps in product processes and recommend best practices to enhance team performance and impact.
Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on OKRs, product mindset, and agile product delivery.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in product management, agile coaching, or business transformation.
Proven experience implementing and scaling OKRs across teams and organizations.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and product lifecycle management.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience working with leadership teams to align strategy with team execution.
Ability to influence without authority and drive change in complex environments.
Certifications in OKRs, Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or Product Management (preferred).
Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or WorkBoard.
Background in enterprise product delivery or digital transformation.
