What is in it for you?

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and drive complex, cross-functional technology projects. This role requires a highly technical PM with strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Project leadership and Execution: -

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, and closure.

Capture and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders from engineering, business stakeholders, and executive leadership

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Ensure project alignment with business objectives, technical feasibility, and stakeholder expectations.

Collaborate with highly technical teams to translate complex business needs into actionable project plans.

Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage contingency planning.

Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date technical and project documentation

Stakeholder & Resource Management: -

Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments

Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership, delivering clear and concise project updates.

Drive stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure seamless collaboration and buy-in.

Identify, secure, and allocate resources as needed to meet project demands.

Governing & Reporting: -

Drive stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure seamless collaboration and buy-in.

Monitor scope, budget, and timelines, escalating issues proactively when necessary.

Implement change control processes to manage project scope adjustments.

Deliver engaging, well-structured, and accurate executive presentations on project progress, risks, and key decisions.

Capture and document lessons learned to continuously improve project management best practices.

Bachelor s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

7+ years of experience in project management, including:

5+ years managing complex IT projects across multiple technologies and functions

Experience working with highly technical teams and translating requirements effectively.

Strong background in resource management and change management techniques.

Proven expertise in executive communication and stakeholder management.

PMP certification or other recognized project management certification preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Jira proficiency preferred)

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Salary Range: -

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.
