Jet Analytics Developer / BI Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid preferred)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Jet Analytics Developer / BI Consultant to join a leading manufacturing and distribution organization modernizing its enterprise reporting and analytics platform across multiple plants in the U.S. and Canada.
• This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Jet Analytics, SQL Server, and cube development (OLAP/SSAS) who can design, optimize, and manage data models that enable actionable insights across finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Candidates based in Atlanta, GA will have the option to collaborate in person with leadership, while qualified professionals across the U.S. and Canada are encouraged to apply this role supports remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Jet Analytics Cubes and underlying data models.
• Build and optimize data warehouse structures to support enterprise reporting.
• Implement and manage ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure cube accuracy, refresh automation, and high performance for analytics.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT stakeholders to align data needs with business priorities.
• Document data models, flows, and processes for long-term maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Jet Analytics, Jet Reports, and OLAP cube development.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and T-SQL scripting.
• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Azure SQL / Azure Synapse or other cloud-based data warehouses.
• Exposure to data governance and master data management principles.
• Prior experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, or finance domains.
