Job Description:
We are seeking the best talent for a Commercial Technical IT Product Manager to be located in Santa Clara, CA.
This role is sought to lead the strategy, stakeholder communication, and launch of IT products and services for the commercial team. The individual will be a key leader, connecting technical teams and commercial stakeholders to deliver successful solutions that meet market needs.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$105,000 - $169,050.
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). - Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy aligned with the commercial teams business goals and pain points.
- Conduct workshops and find opportunities and inform product development.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, incorporating market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
Technical Product Development and Management:
- Translate customer needs and market requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define product architecture and design, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and maintenance.
- Oversee product management activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management.
- Ensure product quality, functionality, and performance meet established standards and customer expectations.
- Monitor product performance and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancements and new features.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert support and guidance to internal teams and customers on product-related issues.
Collaboration and Communication:

- Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- 5 years of experience in technical product management or a related role within the IT industry.
- Understanding of commercial IT solutions, including relevant technologies and market trends.
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and support.
- Technical understanding and ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with specific technologies relevant to the commercial IT product portfolio.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with SaaS vendor management.
- Knowledge of specific regulatory or compliance standards applicable to the industry.
