The Oracle Cloud EPM Architect will be responsible for understanding how our organization operates and leverages its financial systems. This role will involve making recommendations on how to utilize the out-of-the-box functionality of Oracle EPM systems to remove complexity, minimize the support levels required, and add transparency and structure for stakeholders. The Oracle EPM Lead Architect will collaborate with the team and stakeholders to develop and implement these recommendations, ensuring that our systems are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, this position will continue to support, train, and enhance the systems, as well as maintain and support the existing infrastructure. |
- Required Work Experience
- 7 years of experience in corporate finance: Demonstrated expertise in managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting within a corporate environment.
- 7 years of experience in enterprise-level analytics: Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial and operational data, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making at an enterprise level.
- 5 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) & Planning systems: Extensive experience in architecting, engineering, or developing EPM systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and optimize performance.
- 5 years of experience in the design, implementation, and governance of system architecture: Skilled in creating and managing system architectures that handle high levels of complexity and sensitive data, ensuring security and efficiency.
- 5 years of experience in FP&A leadership: Leadership experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, guiding teams to achieve financial goals and improve planning processes.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare: In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including financial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific challenges.
- 5 years of experience in healthcare medical claims and billing: Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, claims submission, payment processing, and denial management
- 1 year of experience in a sales-related role with demonstrated success: Proven track record in sales, showcasing the ability to achieve targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- 1 year of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA): Experience in implementing and managing RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
