Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior CyberArk Administrator to join our cybersecurity team. This position will work closely with various departments within the organization to assist in the implementation and management of CyberArk solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with different departments to understand their specific requirements for privileged access management (PAM) and assist in implementing CyberArk solutions to meet those needs.
Work with senior CyberArk administrators to develop Group Policy Objects (GPOs), security policies, and procedures to ensure proper configuration and management of privileged accounts and access controls.
Assist in the onboarding of new systems, applications, and users into the CyberArk vault, ensuring that access is properly managed and monitored.
Monitor CyberArk systems for performance issues, anomalies, and security incidents, and escalate as necessary.
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users experiencing issues related to CyberArk solutions.
Assist in the documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices for CyberArk administration and privileged access management.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in CyberArk technologies and cybersecurity best practices through self-study and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Some experience or familiarity with cybersecurity principles, concepts, and technologies, with a strong desire to learn and develop expertise in privileged access management (PAM) and CyberArk solutions.
Basic understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work effectively under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
