Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively.
Coordinate and supervise all field staff and subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety logs, and punch lists.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 2 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
Deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
