Are you a PM who is passionate about high-impact transformational projects? Join GBS's CI PMO as a Principal Program Manager. Your role will be critical in driving transformational enterprise projects delivering outcomes with speed, change management with excellence, and enhancing our ability to scale GBS's impact across Intuit. The individual in this role will need to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout Finance and Intuit and work as a team player and player coach. This role is a unique combination of dynamic, fast-paced high growth projects and structured program/portfolio management work.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant degree or equivalent work experience. MBA or Master's degree or Professional Project Management Certification desirable, PMP is a plus
  • At least ten (10) years of Program/ Project Management at a technology company, with experience managing multiple concurrent complex projects
  • Must have experience leading an implementation of an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and have a strong understanding of contract management processes, legal frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Deep demonstrable experience and understanding of the end to end Source-to-Pay processes and systems, Contract Life-cycle Management and Sales cycle processes
  • Experienced with finance technology applications and platforms, inclusive of P2P systems (Coupa, Concur) and back office ERP (Oracle eBiz) and back office finance operations and/or accounting experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and experience with escalating early to enable team velocity
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and expertise in establishing guidelines in these areas for others
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful project/program, anticipate challenges and proactively head off obstacles
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large-scale finance transformation programs in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple stakeholders and partners
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and influence a cross-functional team of professionals
  • Proven track record of driving effective change management and experience with communication at all levels of an organization
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build durable relationships with stakeholders across the organization


Responsibilities

  • Program manager an end to end implementation of an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform following standard SDLC methodology, in partnership with IT and other teams,
  • Lead other projects as identified through the GBS project roadmap, from planning through delivery, measuring, monitoring and reporting project health and progress
  • Manage, influence and motivate cross-functional project teams and other stakeholders
  • Develop high-quality project management plans, work breakdowns, key milestones, and deliverables
  • Maintain project plans while regularly communicating status, risks, and escalations to stakeholders
  • Lead and coach project teams through support, direction, and functional or technical expertise to accelerate delivery
  • Drive and support areas of improvement within the project or program in partnership with stakeholders
  • Participate in the curation, maintenance and execution of the GBS multi-year project roadmap portfolio
  • Share in the facilitation of key GBS CI PMO Operating mechanisms to effectively manage our projects, provide visibility to leadership and drive team engagement.
  • In collaboration with the GBS change management and Training team, develop and execute thoughtful change management and communications plans to drive adoption of the transformational projects we are driving
