Advanced Business Analyst (Local to Tallahassee, FL) Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite )
Looking for Advanced Business Analyst to support enterprise-level systems analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery efforts. This role involves hands-on work with business processes, system workflows, user stories, and testing initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business and system processes
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Develop user stories and manage the backlog using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with data migration and QA/testing teams
- Review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting
Mandatory Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience
Experience & Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in business process and systems analysis
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Visio or similar process modeling tools
- Ability to write SQL queries and conduct data analysis
- Knowledge of data migration and testing processes
- Experience in developing test plans, test cases, and supporting QA activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams
- Agile project experience
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Knowledge of Florida Administrative Code Rules 60GG-1 to 60GG-5
- Experience with change and release management processes
- Familiarity with PMBOK practices and State of Florida Project Management Rule 60GG-1
