Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our digital experience team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences across a suite of digital assets. This role requires a strong foundation in user-centered design, high-fidelity prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and define user experience requirements for digital platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive UI/UX design strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Produce high-quality design deliverables including wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Design UI components such as navigation menus, search boxes, CTAs, and widgets.
- Test and iterate on UI elements including banners, layouts, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver tailored digital experiences.
- Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and user behavior analysis.
- Maintain consistency with brand style standards, typography, and graphic design.
- Generate and refine multiple design solutions based on user feedback and testing.
- Work independently on complex design challenges and document solutions thoroughly.
- 3+ years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Strong understanding of user-centric design principles.
- Experience designing technical and/or business web applications.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX design work (Dribbble, GitHub, blog, etc.).
- Experience with JIRA, Smart Sheets, and Google Suite.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Portfolio examples of enterprise applications and shopping journeys.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Experience contributing to design programs or shipping products.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
