Job Details

Role - SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant

Location- Mason, OH (Onsite)
Duraation - 12 Months
Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Service Management (SM) processes within SAP S/4HANA.

  • Configure and tailor S/4 Service Management modules, including Service Orders, Service Contracts, Service Billing, and Resource Planning.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Service Management with SD, MM, FI, and CS modules.

  • Provide issue resolution, system enhancements, and end-user training as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Proven SAP experience with at least 2 3 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA Service Management.

  • Strong expertise in Service Orders, Service Contracts, Billing, and Customer Interaction functionalities within S/4HANA.

  • Good understanding of related modules: SD, MM, FI, and CS.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients.
