We re seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to join our clients team in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting. In this client-facing role, you ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
What You ll Do:
- Deliver day-to-day desktop and end-user support (Windows & Mac).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, email, and collaboration tools.
- Assist with system imaging, upgrades, and deployments.
- Document solutions and ensure excellent client service.
What We re Looking For:
- 4+ years of IT support experience (MSP experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and networking basics.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
