Job Details
About the Role:
- We are seeking a Learning Designer to support an IT integration project and the manufacturing business by creating, designing, and delivering training resources.
- This is a 100% remote position, with a preference for candidates located on the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT) materials and e-learnings to support new IT systems.
- Act as a learning consultant by partnering with stakeholders to identify suitable learning solutions that address business needs.
- Create learning content that addresses skill gaps, aligns with business goals, and provides engaging, accessible learning experiences.
- Transform complex technical content into clear, digestible, and engaging training materials.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders and consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Apply instructional design best practices to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Continuously improve learning experiences and workflows based on input from stakeholders and learners.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
Pay rate - $40/hr-$43/hr
