Job Description:
ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas and data modeling, requirements gathering, integration, middleware, and discovery technologies, and leads the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
ServiceNow CoEI platform architect should be a technical leader who provides leadership to the platform operations and support teams, ensures the platforms aligns with the business strategy, and leads the development of architectural and technical standards and best practices. Platform architect should have experience with ServiceNow enterprise architecture, security, database design schemas and data modeling, requirements gathering, integration, middleware, and discovery technologies.
Also, practical experience with Now Platform performance and Health Scan execution.
The platform architect defines and documents standards, analyzes the impact of new requirements, and establishes controls (for example, through design board or agile ceremonies).
Platform architect should have advanced technical knowledge of the Now Platform as well as a solid understanding of business strategy and governance practices.
