Overview: The Archer Developer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the RSA Archer GRC platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering robust GRC solutions that meet organizational needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development:
o Design and implement Archer GRC solutions to meet business requirements.
o Configure and customize Archer applications, modules, and data models.
o Develop custom applications, questionnaires, and on-demand applications (ODAs).
o Create and manage workflows, data-driven events, calculated fields, and notifications.
o Design and build reports, iViews, and dashboards for data visualization and risk monitoring.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
o Collaborate with business analysts, GRC teams, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
o Translate business needs into technical specifications and Archer configurations.
o Document configurations, solutions, and technical processes.
Integration & Data Management:
o Configure and manage data feeds to import data from external sources (e.g., HRMS, Active Directory, various APIs).
o Experience with system integration, interface methods, APIs, and SOA.
o Perform data scrubbing, migration, and cleansing.
Testing & Support:
o Perform unit testing and support QA processes for Archer solutions.
o Provide troubleshooting and support for Archer-related issues and production problems.
o Assist with maintenance activities and ensure system availability.
o Support upgrades and platform enhancements.
Best Practices & Compliance:
o Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational policies related to GRC.
o Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in GRC solutions.
