Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges, current system landscape, and digital transformation needs.
- Lead discovery sessions to gather functional and technical requirements relevant to Veeva Vault solutions (e.g., Veeva CRM, Vault Quality Docs, RIM, eTMF, PromoMats, etc.).
- Articulate the value proposition of Veeva products and services in the context of customer-specific use cases.
Content Creation & RFP Management
- Develop tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and capability assessments with detailed solution write-ups, compliance language, and value alignment.
- Create reusable pre-sales content such as solution briefs, slide decks, case studies, technical architecture diagrams, and demo scripts.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Demonstrations & Presentations
- Design and deliver high-impact Veeva product demonstrations tailored to the customer's industry, role, and functional area.
- Configure demo environments (sandbox or simulated) with mock data that reflects realistic use cases.
- Address questions during presentations related to regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), data integrity, and integration capabilities.
