Dynamics CRM Solution Architect
Connecticut - Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. This role is critical in delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions for our clients by combining deep technical knowledge, business acumen, and architectural leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and best practices on Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, integration, and extension using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Design and manage integrations with third-party systems and data sources using Azure services, APIs, and middleware.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Lead technical workshops and architecture reviews, creating high-level and detailed architecture documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with Microsoft and industry best practices, including governance, security, and compliance.
- Mentor junior architects and developers on Dynamics CRM development standards and architecture principles.
- Support pre-sales efforts by providing architecture input, technical estimates, and client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4+ years in architecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, system integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM in the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with industry-specific solutions or accelerators for Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance as it pertains to CRM systems.
