Duties and Responsibilities

QA/Continuous Testing Services

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in managing various Test Tools to provide framework on test planning, test execution, test automation, Performance testing and test data activities.
• Experience in managing automation strategy and framework promoting reusable components, low maintenance costs, high efficiency and scalability.
• Experience in test framework which includes automation, performance and have a clear path of success with the implementation of test tool and end to end test.
• Proven experience managing teams or projects, senior-level internal team members, define team's deliverable, content and quality metrics.
• Resolves conflicts/issues and escalates others as appropriate.
• Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
• Experience with application and/or systems implementations or upgrades.
• Prepares and delivers presentations to business and technology partners, senior management and executives, selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience.
• Provides expertise, direction, coaching and development to build the team capability.
• Experience in structured testing methodologies with a proven ability to breakdown business/functional/non-functional requirements into high-level and detailed test plans, strategies, and estimates.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), listening, presentation and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Test Tools and Windows.
• Ability to make decisions and demonstrate problem solving skills; critical thinking; analysis, prioritization and risk taking.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating QA deliverables within broader project timelines and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities.
