Location: Charlotte or Addison, TX, or Jersey City (3 days on site)

Pay Range:$48.02-$68.60 Per Hr

Job Description:
This role involves planning and coordinating deliverables across multiple Agile teams and projects.
The position requires a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices to ensure successful delivery.
The role is a contract position based in Charlotte, NC, Addison, TX, or Jersey City, NJ, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate delivery routines such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for deliverables.
Ensure compliance with standards and provide visibility into project health.
Guide in creating and managing an intake process and facilitating Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications
Proven experience in coordinating Agile teams and projects.
Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and practices.
Experience in managing dependencies and risks in a multi-team environment.
Ability to influence and guide leaders on Agile transformations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
