  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth and thorough audits, addressing any findings promptly.
  • Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that all relevant employees understand compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of compliance processes and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • Project Management: Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple compliance initiatives simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to articulate compliance requirements and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team towards achieving compliance goals and navigating challenges.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, SAP GRC) are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP GRC or related roles, with a proven track record of managing SOX compliance and IPO processes.
