Job Details

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (multiple positions) (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Boston, MA): Design, develop, test, debug, and support cognitive microservices to operationalize and productize deployment of resulting models and cognitive software solution, utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies. Perform data collecting, preprocessing, feature engineering, data visualization and analysis. Build automation of data collection and preprocessing. Understand Data Sources and building ingestion pipeline. Code new technology features. Collaborate with a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers and quality assurance engineers. Apply computational/mathematical modeling and build models to address business problems. Engage with lines of business, users, and analysts to explore and prototype opportunities and use-cases exploiting data and the applications of cognitive and machine learning software technologies. Work on different technology streams using Python, Go, JVM languages, JavaScript, GraphDB and Kafka. Participate fully in the technical community by attending conferences, meetups, and hackathons. Apply knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Big-Data/Cloud technologies, Relational databases, CI/CD Development environments and tools, and Agile development methodology. Work with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software engineers and quality assurance engineers to provide guidance and direction ensuring that the team's work is aligned to the bank's objectives. Hybrid-remote telecommuting permitted pursuant to Company policy.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, or a related field; plus 5 years of experience as a Software Developer or any other occupation/title providing relevant experience. Alternatively, the Employer will accept a Master's degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, or a related field; plus 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or any other occupation/title providing relevant experience.

Must have: Demonstrated experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and supporting cognitive microservices to operationalize and productize deployment of resulting models and cognitive software solution, utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies; Proven ability to use statistical analysis, ML algorithms to develop Data Analysis pipelines to analyze large sets of data to identify trends that can help improve the bank's operations, customer experience and overall performance; Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that improve business processes and outcomes; and Demonstrated experience applying knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Big-Data/Cloud technologies, Relational databases, CI/CD Development environments and tools, and Agile development methodology. Salary Range:
