Role: Supabase Lead
Location: Remote (EST working hours)

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend architecture using Supabase or Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, Storage, Supabase SQL, Edge Functions). Preferred Supabase.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs for web and mobile apps.
- Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage real-time data synchronization and optimize database queries.
- Ensure data security, role-based access control, and compliance with best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, serverless functions, and cloud deployment workflows.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize backend services for scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Realtime, Functions) or Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting). Preferred Supabase
- Solid understanding of backend development, APIs, and serverless architecture.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, role-based access control).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and testing frameworks.
